Delete Your NextBCS Account

This page explains how to permanently delete your NextBCS account and the data associated with it, in compliance with Google Play's account deletion policy.

What account deletion means

Deleting your NextBCS account is permanent and irreversible. Once your deletion request is processed, you will lose access to your account and all associated learning data. You will need to create a new account if you wish to use NextBCS again in the future — your previous progress cannot be restored.

  6. 6 Confirm permanent account deletion.

Option 2: Contact support

If you cannot access your account, our support team can help process your deletion request.

Please include the email address or phone number associated with your account so we can verify your identity before processing the deletion.

Estimated processing time

In-app deletion: Your account and associated data are typically deleted within 24 hours of confirmation.

Support-requested deletion: We aim to process verified deletion requests within 7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your account has been permanently deleted.

We do not claim that every piece of data is deleted immediately. Certain information may be retained only when required for:

Can I recover my account after deletion?

No. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All associated data is permanently removed and cannot be recovered. If you wish to use NextBCS again, you will need to create a new account and start fresh.

How long does account deletion take?

In-app deletions are typically processed within 24 hours. Support-requested deletions are processed within 7 business days after identity verification. You will receive a confirmation once deletion is complete.

What data is permanently deleted?

Your profile, account and personal information, all exam preparation progress (BCS and other government job exams), mock exam and practice history, saved questions, bookmarks, notes, AI learning history, personalized recommendations, study and notification preferences, and all other user-generated content linked to your account are permanently deleted.

Why is some information retained?

In limited circumstances, we may retain certain data to comply with legal obligations, conduct security investigations, prevent fraud, meet regulatory requirements, or maintain backups for a limited recovery period. Retained data is not used for marketing purposes and is deleted once the retention purpose no longer applies.

What if I cannot log in?
